Job Requirements

• Unrestricted State of Michigan licensure. Masters or Doctoral degree. 
• Participate in regular internal clinician meetings to maintain proficiency, become familiar with policy and procedure, gain, and share clinical insights, to promote the highest quality therapy to the patient population.
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills required
• Demonstrate genuine and transparent leadership skills with a collaborative work style is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and maintain records of therapy provided.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, children, adolescents, &/or couples & families.

Availability:

• Full-time and part-time positions are available.
• Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (part-time).

Genuine Solutions Counseling Center (GSCC) is committed to changing the mental health industry! We are a small, ambitious company aiming to assemble the perfect team to help facilitate our growth. Genuine Solutions has grown significantly since our humble beginning as a one-man-show, but we’re not done yet! We are striving to open several new locations across Macomb, Oakland, and Genesee counties. A few ways we plan to change the industry are by offering affordable services, implementing an intense outpatient program (IOP) for adolescents or individuals with substance abuse who have recently been released from an inpatient treatment facility, and offering community education to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health services. 

We can only accomplish our goals with a dedicated team of individuals committed to the needs of the community & company’s advancement.
